The program offers a fully funded one-year Master’s degree scholarship at an Irish higher education institution (HEI). This is one of the top scholarships in Ireland for international students. It’s open to early to mid-career professionals with leadership skills who want to receive a world-class education.

Eligibility Criteria of Ireland Fellows Program 2025-26
- You must be from an eligible country listed above.
- It is a must to meet the English language requirements.
- You should not already have a Master’s degree.
- You need at least two to three years of experience in a related field.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- You cannot apply for the same fellowship more than once.
- Be ready to start the program in August 2025.
- Show leadership skills, commitment to the SDGs, and the ability to build positive relationships with Ireland.
- You must be proficient in academic and English language skills.
- However, if you are from Senegal, specific academic and work experience requirements apply.
