Eligibility Criteria for Joint Japan/World Bank Scholarship
To get a JJ/WBGSP scholarship, students must meet the following requirements.
- Candidates must be nationality holders of a World Bank member developing country.
- Applicants must not hold dual citizenship in any developed country.
- Candidates must not suffer from any chronic disease.
- Students must hold a bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree earned at least 3 years before the Application Deadline date.
- Applicants must have 3 years or more recent development-related work experience after earning a bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree acquired within the past 6 years from the date of the Application Deadline.
- Applicants who have already gotten a JJ/WBGSP scholarship but declined cannot apply again for a scholarship.
