Eligibility criteria for Mastercard Foundation Scholarship

To be eligible for a scholarship, students must meet the following requirements, such as

  1. Applicant must have an excellent academic record and must provide a valid WASSCE or GBCE or ABCE or GCE O ‘Level & A ‘Level or their equivalent results from a recognized institution.
  2.  Applicant’s certificates must not be more than five years old. NO AWAITING RESULTS students will be eligible for the scholarship.
  1. The candidates must meet KNUST’s Admission Requirements. 
  1. Students must have proved their financial circumstances at the time of applying.
  1. The Student must have proven his records of leadership and community engagement.
  1. The candidates must be determined to return and service to their community after completing their education.
  1. The candidates must not be enrolled in any tertiary institution.
