Scholarship Coverage
Recipients of the University of the Arts London Scholarships will receive the following benefits:

Eligibility Criteria for University of the Arts London Scholarships
Requirement 1
You must have been offered a place in a full-time master’s program at one of UAL’s Colleges and Institutes starting in the academic year 2024/25.
- Your program must lead to a qualification such as a Grad Dip, M ARCH, MA, MFA, MBA, MRes, or MSc.
- The program must be delivered in person on a full-time basis in London. Online or low residency programs are not eligible.
- You cannot apply if you already have a postgraduate taught qualification from the UK or abroad at an equivalent level.
Requirement 2
You must be a resident of one of the low-income economy countries listed in our qualifying countries list (see below). Developed countries such as Canada, China, Japan, the UK, the USA, and European Union/EEA member states are not eligible. If your country is not on the list, you may still be eligible for other funding options, such as the UAL International Postgraduate £7,000 Scholarship.
- As part of your application, you must provide evidence of your residency, such as a copy of your immigration documents, ID card, or formal proof of address.

Requirement 3

As part of your scholarship application, you must submit a personal statement answering the following questions (maximum 350 words per question):
- Explain how receiving a postgraduate scholarship would impact you personally.
- Share your plans for utilizing the qualification you will obtain to support your future endeavors.
- Discuss how you would address challenges within your home country.
- Explain how you would uphold the values of social justice and environmental stewardship.
