Introduction
The Sindh government announces the SEEF Scholarship for students from low-income groups/meritorious students to pursue higher education in reputable universities. The scholarship covers the tuition fee for one year of the 2022-23/2023-24 academic year. Students in programs like Business Administration, IT, Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Law, and Social Sciences can apply. The application deadline is September 30, 2023. Applicants must submit the required documents along with the application form to their respective universities/institutions.

Eligibility Criteria for SEEF Scholarship
The following conditions must be met by applicants to be eligible for the KAIST scholarships.
- Applicants must be residents of Sindh and hold permanent residency within the province.
- Only students enrolled in approved Institutions/Universities for the academic year 2022-23/2023-24 are eligible.
- Candidates must have a minimum GPA score of 2.5/60% or higher.
- The income certificate should be endorsed by the concerned Assistant Commissioner Revenue/FBR. Certificates from other officers will not be accepted.
- Students whose parents serve in government positions need to provide a Service Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution/Department. These applicants should fall within the specified income groups.
- The annual net income of students’ parents/guardians, from all sources, must not exceed the income limit provided.
