Eligibility Criteria for Eastern Mediterranean University Scholarships
To achieve Eastern Mediterranean University Scholarships, the applicant must meet all of the following requirements below:
Required Language: English
Eligible Countries: All world countries
- Each PhD program can offer one full (100%) or two half (50%) tuition scholarships to new international students and Turkish nationals with at least a 3.00 GPA out of 4.00.
- Each master’s program can offer one full (100%) scholarship and two half (50%) scholarships to new Turkish students with at least a 3.00 GPA out of 4.00. Many 50% tuition fee scholarships are also available for new international students in master’s programs.
- For master’s programs taught in English and all PhD programs (in English and Turkish), proof of English language proficiency is required. If you need a valid English qualification that meets EMU’s standards, your level will be assessed by an exam at EMU. Based on this, one of the following will apply:
- You will study English courses alongside your graduate program courses.
- You will first study intensive English courses (without graduate program courses) before starting your graduate program.
- Moreover, you will be exempt from the English Language Support Program and can start your postgraduate study directly.
