    EMJM PROMISE Affiliated Universities

    Students will finish their Master’s Program at a minimum of three of the following universities:

    • University of Oulu, Finland (UOULU)  
    • Montanuniversität Leoben, Austria (MUL)  
    • Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, Chile (USM) or University of Zagreb, Croatia (UNIZG)  

    The Master’s thesis will be co-supervised by all partner universities and involve collaboration with industry.

    EMJM PROMISE Program Structure

    1. Semester 1: Finland (UOULU)
    2. Semester 2: Austria (MUL)
    3. Semester 3: Either Chile (USM) or  Croatia (UNIZG)
    4. Semester 4: Thesis. Students will develop a thesis with a focus on industry application.

    Eligible Backgrounds

    Graduates in Mineral processing, metallurgical engineering, chemical engineering, materials and mineral resources engineering, earth resources engineering, raw materials and process engineering, mining and mineral engineering, mining engineering, geological engineering, related process engineering, raw materials engineering, materials, and rock waste treatment engineering, or related engineering fields, with a minimum BSc degree at the moment of application.
